Meet the Editor
Editing can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be with the right partner. Pam Berehulke has worked with dozens of authors, both new and experienced, and does her best to make the editing process as painless as possible for her clients. Once you submit your manuscript to her, you can take a deep breath and relax, secure in the knowledge that your baby is in good hands. She'll go over it carefully—not once, but several times—and will ensure it's as polished, consistent, and error-free as possible.
Although she has several years' freelance editing experience under her belt, Pam continues to hone her skills, ensuring her knowledge is current and spot-on. Following the custom of other editors of fiction, she keeps the latest edition of the Chicago Manual of Style handy, and backs it up with Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary and Merriam-Webster's Unabridged Dictionary.
When she's not hammering out edits to meet a deadline, Pam can be found in her studio creating quilts for her loved ones, or planning a trip to the East Coast to see her grandsons (who are the cutest little boys ever, bar none). She lives in the Idaho Panhandle with her husband and a clowder of cats that rule the household.
